Self Pick-up Points
Terms and Conditions
l All orders above HK$200 (Except for designated products) are eligible for free 35plus Self-Pick-up Point. Orders below HK$200 are subjected to a HK$30 delivery surcharge.
l Promotion code is not applicable to Self Pick-Up orders.
l Order can only be delivered to a single Self Pick-up point. Order merging is not available for Self Pick-up orders.
l After order confirmation is sent, selected location cannot be changed.
l After confirmation, Self Pick-up orders will be delivered in sequence. Arrival time of the orders could vary depending on situations.
l Upon the arrival of order, a"Pick-up notification" SMS will be sent to the phone number provided in order confirmation. 35Plus is not responsible for any incorrect input by customers.
l "Pick-up notification" SMS is sent by 35 Plus’s message system. If any issue concerning the message arises, the records in the message system will be referred to.
l If customer has not received"Pick-up notification" SMS 1-2 days after the estimated arrival date suggested on order confirmation page, enquiries are welcome (please refer to point 20).
l Overdue period starts on the next day when free storage period ends. Self pick-up points are entitled to charge customer “Late Pick-up Fee” thereafter, and only Self Pick-up Point's opening days will be counted towards the overdue period.
l Self Pick-up service will be delayed when typhoon signal or a red or black rainstorm warning is hoisted; or such other weather conditions considered unsafe. In this event, customers will be contacted by Customer Service and the day would not be counted towards the pick-up periods
l If plastic shopping bag is required, HK$1 per plastic shopping bag will be charged in accordance to Hong Kong regulation.
l The opening hours shall be referred to the information listed above.
l The final purchased product amount is subjected to 35Plus actual level of stock.
l Should any dispute arise, the decision of 35Plus shall be final.
l Shopping experience can be reviewed after the receipt of order, in " Orders and Reviews" under "My Account ".
